The morning will feature keynotes from business and social enterprise leaders, telling their story and sharing their wisdom. The afternoon will feature seminar options, plus consultation slots for those with social enterprise ideas they want to talk through with a Christian business professional.

Paul Szkiler
Founder, Truestone
Paul’s career spans almost 40 years of working in the City of London, in the financial services industry. His company Truestone is well known in the social impact investment world for pioneering innovative private equity approaches, most notably in establishing a number of companies in West Africa.

Andre' Kennebrew
Leadership Development, Chick-fil-A
Andre’ has worked at Chick-fil-A for over 13 years, serving as a senior talent manager and a senior project lead in field operations. He has been highly involved in selecting restaurant owners for new stores, and in recruiting staff members for their corporate headquarters. Prior to being at Chick-fil-A he was an Administrative Pastor at a Baptist Church.

Tracy Roper
Director, Chick-fil-A
Tracy has worked at Chick-fil-A for over 20 years, first as a restaurant owner, then a business consultant, and now as a director. He is passionate about people development, and has a great track record working as a coach with teams in business, in the restaurant field, and in sports.

Ruthie Seitz
Operator, Chick-fil-A
Ruthie Seitz has been the Operator of Chick-fil-A St. Joseph since March 1, 2017. Previously, she had been a supervisor for several McDonald’s restaurants. Ruthie was ultimately drawn to Chick-fil-A knowing the culture would be a great fit and help her to be able to care for her team and community. Ruthie has been married to her high school sweetheart, C.W., since 2001, and they have one son, Gavin. However, since joining Chick-fil-A it does feel as if their family has grown exponentially with their nearly 100 employees.

Andrew Park
Operator, Chick-fil-A
Andrew was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Orange County. He went to the University of Southern California to study business and started a menswear company that fought human trafficking in Los Angeles. His passion for business and making a positive impact led him to Chick-fil-A. After working in the Leadership Development Program, Andrew got selected as the Owner/Operator of the Chick-fil-A at USC, the place where he had eaten Chick-fil-A for the very first time as a student. He has been an Operator for 2 years.

Karen Arangua
Operator, Chick-fil-A
Karen Arangua is the Franchise Operator of a Chick-fil-A in Aurora, Colorado. She has been with Chick-fil-A for over 32 years, 22 of which as an owner. Over the years, Karen has served on multiple boards and panels within Chick-fil-A and her community. She is currently on a Marketing Advisory Panel for the Chick-fil-A Support Center and a Community Advisory Board for the Medical Center of Aurora. She could not do any of this without the support and love of her husband, Mark and their 4 children, Seth, Mady, Evan, and JoJo.

Terry Diggines
Consultant, A Call To Business
Terry is a consultant for A Call To Business, a growing international community of business people who believe that God has called them into business not simply as a job or career, but to influence and change this potent sphere of authority. A former pastor and entrepreneur, he will be speaking on Your Business Is Worship.

Dr Joanna Williamson
Founder, SheLives
Joanna is the founder of SheLives, a ministry helping women around the world to break the cycle of a bad story. She is also the International Director of One Rock International, training and coaching missional leaders around the world. She will be speaking on Erasing the Sacred/Secular Divide.

Mark Williamson
CEO, One Rock International
Mark is co founder and CEO of One Rock International, helping young leaders around the world to be missionary entrepreneurs who fulfil God’s vision for their lives. He has experience working with church planters, social entrepreneurs and business founders, and will be co-hosting the Missional Entrepreneurs event.
