A One Rock team just returned from an incredible couple of weeks in Kigali, Rwanda.

• 24 Rwandan leaders were trained in coaching techniques, preparing them to be coach/mentors for our new Institute cohort.
• 35 Rwandans have signed up to our next Institute, beginning online in a couple of weeks. The majority attended a weekend of workshops to kick start this year together.
• 90 staff members from Wellspring Academy, a Christian school in Kigali, were trained in servant leadership principles. We have a long established relationship with the school, and their senior team have seen a transformation in the teachers they have sent to previous Institute cohorts.
• And then 23 officials from the Ministry of Local Government attended a further workshop on servant leadership principles. This group includes Province Executive Secretaries, District Executive Administrators, and MINALOC Senior managers. The ministry are keen for One Rock to deliver further workshops on leadership and integrity to continue strengthening local government capacity in the coming years.

In two weeks the 35 Rwandans will join with groups from Kenya, the UK and the USA for the beginning of our online Institute year. Please pray for our sessions together, and for these members – that God will use the year to grow their leadership capacity and so their missional impact.
