Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! To our USA friends, and to all around the world (including those not celebrating it as a holiday this weekend) we want to share with you some of our current reasons to be grateful.

• We currently have two major cohorts working through the Institute; a SE Asia group and an Africa & UK group.
• On these we are training and coaching Christian leaders from Malaysia, Singapore, India, Mongolia, Ghana, Rwanda, Uganda and the UK.
• Currently both groups are covering content to help them discern God’s vision for their lives.
• We’re also putting final touches on a Five Year Plan that maps out our work from 2025 – 2030.
• There are several new partnerships within this, and several organizations that have asked us to bring them our expertise in Christian leadership formation. We love to work through partnerships so we can achieve more together.
• And within that there are exciting new initiatives we’ll be launching, alongside continuing to grow the Institute numbers and capacity. More news to come on these in 2025!

Please pray for both the online cohorts as they learn and discern more about God’s vision for them. Pray for them to see clearly His vision for the next phase of their lives.

And we hope you have a great Thanksgiving weekend, and get chance to reflect on all that God has done to give you current reasons for gratitude.
