Learn the S.E.R.V.E. model of servant leadership used by Chick-fil-A, a restaurant chain with sales of $10 billion per year, and considered one of the top 10 brands in the US. Chick-fil-A are privately owned, and have a highly detailed leadership strategy which has fueled their growth over the last few decades. Now they will share these principles with Rwandan business and ministry leaders.
