Marketing & Innovation tips from Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A are the largest chicken restaurant chain in the USA, with nearly 2000 stores and an annual turnover approaching $7 billion. Privately owned, and run with a profoundly Christian ethos, they now want to share the principles of their success with you.

In July 2015 we ran a workshop day exploring their S.E.R.V.E. model of servant leadership. This year they’re going to share some more of their secrets with us. Learn marketing tips from a company whose brand is considered one of the top 10 in the USA, and hear how innovation has made them one of the most profitable restaurant chains per store in the world.
