The latest cohorts of the One Rock Institute have now all started. This year we are training and coaching over 70 leaders, joining us from across Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Malaysia, Switzerland, the UK, Canada and the United States.

These groups have already started training online, covering content introducing them to Spiritual Formation and to Servant Leadership. They have begun their coaching conversations, each one being paired with a mature Christian leader who helps them reflect and apply this content over the year. And they have started using their personality profile to understand better their own unique strengths and weaknesses.

Starting these cohorts requires a huge commitment – we’ve had over 90 volunteers contribute their time as team members, coaches and facilitators to make this happen.

Thank you to all our volunteers who help us achieve lift off. Let’s pray these Institute members get launched to stratospheric new leadership impact and missional heights through our investment in them!
