Yes, and here’s how:
One leader can change a team.
One team can change an organisation.
One organisation can change an industry.
One industry can change a city.
One city can change a continent.
One continent can change the world.
That’s the progression. And apart from maybe a couple of alterations in sequence or in terminology, it’s always like that. Good change and bad change follows the same pattern.
So you want to change the world? And you’re wondering what are the first two steps on how you go about doing that?
- First, focus on growing yourself as a leader. What’s your strategy for personal growth? Do you have books, mentors, training courses, challenging situations etc that you’re exposing yourself to?
- Second, focus on changing your team. What’s the ideal change you would like to see in your team? How can you bring that about? Right – so go and do it.
